Our membership program is a Holistic Direct Primary Care program that offers an affordable alternative to health care. It allows for clients to pay a monthly fee for health care services. This model allows for more individualized care, longer appointments as well as priority scheduling. With DPC, all of your visits are included in your membership fee.
At HIWC, our DPC model is different that traditional models. We incorporate Eastern medicine and Functional medicine into traditional Western medicine care. This allows us to treat the root cause of disease. Our overall focus is prevention and wellness. We offer two plans to choose from to fit your individual needs.

You will be directed to a registration page. This does not officially enroll you in membership. You will be contacted to get you officially enrolled. You will also be asked for credit card information on the registration page, but there will be no charges until you are officially enrolled. If you plan to enroll family members, please fill out a registration form for each member.
Please note: Wellness Plan is month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Holistic plan and Integrative plans require a 3 month commitment. Then membership is month to month.
*Discounted or included services and supplements/herbs, are only applicable if within the treatment plan of the provider. Any services and supplements/herbs that patient requests and are outside of the provider’s treatment plan, will be at regular cost to the patient.
